Digital Products
All products sold by The Planned Body are digital downloads delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.
Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once your files have been delivered.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
If you're genuinely dissatisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll review your request.
If we determine that a refund is appropriate, we'll process it back to your original payment method.
Eligible Refund Requests
Refunds may be considered if:
- You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- You experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your files and we're unable to resolve them.
- The product delivered is significantly different from what was advertised.
Non-Eligible Refund Requests
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Change of mind after downloading the files.
- Purchasing the wrong product.
- Not reading the product description before purchase.
- Failure to use or complete the planner or workbook.
